Logline
An innocent girl finds her true love on a dating platform. As she falls head over heels, her 'true love' ghosts her. But that isn't her only loss.
Project Overview
Catherine’s Love Story is a satirical and light portrayal of love scam on the internet. It highlights the dangerous aspects of online dating: falling for imaginations, being blinded by loving gestures and not knowing who’s behind the screen.
Scam and the contents made about it aren’t new. Our challenge was to create one that can retain viewer’s attention, and refreshing to see. Hence, we put together the cottagecore aesthetic and love scam for a different chemistry.
