Summer Serenity is an arthouse-influenced short film that touches on topics of love, self-discovery, dream and reality. The main character resolves her wounded psychological self by discovering love and support in her own dream.

The biggest challenge here was locations. As the team was on a budget, we had to really pick our brains for creative solutions. I.e., we ended up building our own cafe in an AirBnB for the cafe scenes. To put together a visually-appealing short film, this was also partially filmed out-of-state; mainly the scenes at the beach.
